This policy explains what information Endless TMS collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Endless TMS is a transportation management system used by carriers, expediters, and brokers to dispatch loads, track vehicles, and handle invoicing. The service is designed for businesses operating in the United States. We try to keep this policy in plain English — if anything is unclear, email us at info@endlesstms.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account, plus an optional profile photo.
- Organization and fleet data. The operational data your organization enters into the platform: loads, vehicles, drivers, customers, rates, invoices, and company settings such as your logo and branding.
- Driver location data. When a driver is on an active load with tracking enabled, the driver app sends the driver's GPS location to Endless TMS on an ongoing basis so dispatchers and customers can see where the load is. Location updates stop when the tracking session ends. We want to be direct about this: continuous location collection during active loads is a core feature of the product.
- Documents and files. Files you upload, such as load documents, proof-of-delivery photos, and organization logos.
- Usage and performance data. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page traffic and performance. These collect aggregate usage data, not advertising profiles.
- Log data. Like most services, our infrastructure providers record IP addresses and basic request data in server logs for security and debugging.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: dispatching, GPS tracking, document storage, invoicing, and the driver portal.
- To send transactional emails, such as invoices, account notifications, and team invitations.
- To geocode addresses and calculate routes and distances for your loads.
- To operate integrations you choose to connect, such as accounting or factoring services.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and improve performance.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to run Endless TMS. By category, these include:
- Cloud database, authentication, and file storage (currently Supabase) — where your account, operational data, and uploaded documents live.
- Application hosting and analytics (currently Vercel) — the infrastructure that serves the app and measures aggregate usage and performance.
- Mapping and geocoding (currently Google Maps and Mapbox) — services that convert addresses to coordinates, calculate routes, and render maps. Interactive maps are loaded in your browser directly from the map provider.
- Email delivery (currently Resend) — the service that sends invoices and notifications on your behalf.
- Integrations you connect — if you link an accounting or factoring service, we share the data needed to make that integration work, only after you connect it.
This list describes categories rather than an exhaustive roster of vendors, which may change as the product evolves. Each provider receives only the data needed to do its job.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and for functional preferences such as remembering which organization you last selected. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active so your operational history — loads, invoices, documents — stays available to you. If you ask us to close your account or delete your data, we will delete it, subject to anything we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records).
Your rights
You can access and correct most of your information directly in the app. To request a copy of your data, ask for a correction we can't make in-app, or request deletion of your account and data, email info@endlesstms.com and we will respond promptly.
Drivers and employees of our customers
If you are a driver or employee whose company uses Endless TMS, your company controls the account and decides what data is entered and how tracking is used. Questions about your data should usually start with your company; we will help them respond.
Children
Endless TMS is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
